In business since 1981 in Petaluma, California, B and C Balloon Company designs, creates and installs decorations for events of all kinds. Working with your event theme and site, we specialize in balloon art as well as providing floral and prop pieces. We also handle other aspects of event planning and coordination as your needs require.

The owner, Sheila Watkins, is the only Certified Balloon Artist in the Sonoma and Napa Area (see "What is a CBA?"). B and C Balloon Company has worked throughout Sonoma, Napa and Marin Counties. In addition, we have been hired to do events in San Francisco, Berkeley, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Diego.
