Company Policies:

B & C Balloon Company is licensed and insured. We use 100% natural latex balloons that are biodegradable. We comply with the State of California in regards to helium and equipment safety as well as all professional guidelines established for Certified Balloon Artists (see "What is a CBA?"). Our staff will work in a safe, professional and considerate manner for your event.

B & C Balloon Company will advise on the best possible ideas for your site. We cannot be responsible for the weather conditions or acts of God and we may encourage or discourage the use of some designs. Please note that extreme heat, cold, wind or rain could effect your decor. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. Additional fees may apply.

Pricing:

You will receive a written proposal describing the work and detailing costs of the work we will do for your event. After we have received a confirmation from you, we will ask for ½ of the total amount of the proposal to reserve the date and to purchase products in time for their arrival for use at the event. This deposit is due at least 2 weeks before your event. Full payment is due no later than the day of the event. We accept cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. California State Sales Tax will be applied unless we are supplied with a State of California Board of Equalization Account Number. Equipment that belongs to B & C Balloon Company (poles, baseplates, lights, frames, etc.) will be picked up after your event in coordination with the site and responsible parties. If lost or damaged while in your possession, you may be charged for their replacement costs. Delivery and Pickups will be added to your total bill according the distance that we must travel. Event cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
